Hybrid role-2 days in office/3 days WFH
Payrate: 15-20/hr. based on experience.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure they're performing at their best. Your leadership skills will be the guiding light that drives our team's success.
Talent Hunter: Utilize your keen eye to source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Build meaningful relationships with candidates by conducting interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit, and providing a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of each role.
Use your intuition and experience to match candidates with the perfect opportunities within our organization, ensuring both parties are set up for success.
Attending industry events, career fairs, and conferences to expand your network and stay up to date with trends in talent acquisition.
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, track progress, and provide insights to optimize our recruitment processes.
Problem-Solving: When unexpected challenges arise, use your problem-solving skills to conjure creative solutions that keep operations running smoothly.
Communication: Keep the lines of communication open between warehouse staff, management, and other departments, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working toward common goals.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelors
*MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH*
Proven success in Leadership or Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in warehouse management software, Microsoft Office suite, and data analysis tools.
