Description:

Business Management: Support business activities related to execution of key initiatives such as reporting, financial management, and resource planning

Ability to think strategically about how regular business activities fuel the progress of a broad, complex enterprise agenda
Oversee execution of departmental plans, budgets, spend, and performance including the contracting, status reporting, invoicing, reporting, and reconciliation.
Support analysis of resourcing needs, including full-time and contract labor
Craft executive messaging materials for critical business and operational priorities
Support management of vendors, agencies, and other external business partners

Financial Operations and Analysis: Execute regular financial operations activities.

Support the execution of the invoicing process, including ensuring appropriate coding, preparing journal entries and accruals, etc.
Assist in budget preparation and ongoing monitoring activities.
Prepare and analyze monthly data from multiple sources and compiles it into meaningful reports, identifying trends and creating presentations for Marketing and Corporate Affairs senior leadership.
Execute ad hoc financial analyses

Business Analysis and Planning: Support development of initiatives aligned with the enterprise Marketing and Corporate Affairs strategic plan.

Develop initiative business cases and proposals that include background analysis, strategy definition, project approach, resourcing, budgeting, and timing
Provide analysis of current and new initiatives, critical evaluation of progress against business goals, quantify business impact, define recommendations for optimization or further evaluation or investment
Conduct stakeholder interviews to create qualitative input, develop insights, and identify potential opportunities or recommendations

Project Implementation Leadership: In collaboration with MCA leaders, execute strategic initiatives, including defining project approach through success measurement

Support planning, execution, and close-out phases of key department initiatives
Craft initiative roadmaps to facilitate stakeholder alignment and set up tactical planning of projects
Develop materials and presentations to communicate strategic approach, dependencies and other project variables to key stakeholders
Identify current and future risks to initiatives, develop mitigation strategies, and work proactively with leadership to mitigate issues
Determine appropriate reporting metrics to clearly articulate successes and identify opportunities to change
Proactively track and measure initiatives? progress towards goals. Utilize consistent processes to track and measure performance.

Operations Execution: All other duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the rapidly growing Marketing and Corporate Affairs team.

Analytical skills - must be able to interpret a wide range of information and use their findings to identify insights and form recommendations
Communication skills - must be able to communicate clearly and precisely in both writing and speaking. Excellent listening skills to understand the business opportunities/problems and propose appropriate solutions.
Interpersonal skills - must work with leaders and colleagues to provide advice and consultation to support achieving the organization?s goals while always maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment
Problem-solving skills must be able to think creatively to solve problems while managing constraints of the business
Time-management skills must be able to work under tight deadlines and must use their time efficiently to complete projects on time.
Requirements

4-6 years? work experience required.
Bachelor?s degree required. Masters required. (MBA, MPH, MHA, etc.)
Client delivery and customer facing experience strongly preferred
Healthcare Industry knowledge desired.
Past experience in conducting and presenting quantitative analysis and recommendations
Work experience in complex, matrixed organizations strongly preferred
