JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Brake Roll Operator for our client in Mayville, WI! Pay $19.34/Hour HOURS: Mon-Fri 6 am-2:30 pm with OT as needed that will extend the day to 3:30 or 4:30. JOB SUMMARY: Perform production work on a variety of press brakes loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to ensure quality of the parts. Will not be responsible for machine set up or tear down. Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to Brake/Roll Operator #2 classification. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the quality of the parts produced. Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding. Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety. QUALIFICATIONS: Physically able to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling. Must be able to lift and carry, push and pull 30 lbs. Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports. Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly. **INCENTIVE BONUS** New Hire Incentive Bonus: $1000 in 3 payments ($200 @ 3 mo.?s - $400 @ 6 mo.?s - $400 @ 12 mo.?s) *can?t have any disciplines in that quarter Granted the Employee has no writeup in the quarter they would get the following payments: $200 after 3 months $400 after 6 months $400 after 12 months | |
