Outdoor Maintenance Specialist Location: St. Albans, Vermont Pay: $23 - $25 per hour Hours: 7:00 AM ? 12:00 PM OR 7:00 AM ? 3:00 PM Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Outdoor Maintenance Specialist to join our client?s team in St. Albans, Vermont. The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating a tractor, large lawn mower, pressure washer, and other outdoor maintenance equipment. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of their outdoor spaces. Key Responsibilities: ? Operates a tractor and large lawn mower for ground maintenance. ? Use a pressure washer to clean various surfaces. ? Perform general outdoor maintenance tasks as needed. ? Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained properly. ? Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. ? Snow and ice removal. Requirements: ? Experience operating tractors, large lawn mowers, and pressure washers. ? Strong work ethic and attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Must pass a background check, drug test, and fingerprinting.
