JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an Operator-3rd Shift for our client in Sarasota, FL! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $23/hr 2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm Job Description Operate, monitor, and maintain automated production line equipment, including integrated robots, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities ? Start up, run, and shut down automated production line as required. ? Perform regular inspections and preventive checks on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. ? Able to monitor machine to maintain precision tolerances. ? Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, including machine and robot downtime, and implement timely solutions to minimize production interruptions. ? Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. ? Make adjustments to machinery and robots to optimize production efficiency and maintain product quality standards. ? Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to address complex technical issues and implement improvements to the production line. ? Comply with safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. ? Document production activities, equipment maintenance, and any issues encountered during operation. ? Perform review of Bill of material, and material handling activities as needed. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Machine operation experience in a production environment preferred Dependability and ability to adapt to change are essential Ability to read, write and communicate in English Basic computer skills for data entry and simple manipulation | |
