Description

We are seeking a detail oriented individual to support our sites operations by managing quality documentation. This role involves creating and maintaining documents according to local and corporate procedures. You'll handle tasks like generating Plant Change Control documents, Standard Operating Procedures SOPs, and Batch Records. Additionally, you'll maintain critical quality documentation related to validation systems and engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the creation, editing, and routing of Standard Operating Procedures and Batch Records for our manufacturing sites.
Manage the issuance of Batch Record packages to operational areas based on the manufacturing schedule.
Maintain documentation in the library, including validation packages, batch records, and logbooks.
Review validation packages and change control requests to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Implement approved documents in our document management system.
Coordinate records management activities for document storage.

Qualifications

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
Ability to manage multiple complex activities and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail, especially when comparing details across documents.
Experience in a quality or production role in a GMP environment is preferred.

Education and Experience

Associate's Degree, 60 hours of college credit, or relevant certification plus 2 years of applicable experience.
Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 or more years of experience in a quality or production role in a GMP environment.
