Seeking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator for our client in Hanover, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! 18.97 per Hour Description A Customer Service Assistant serves as the primary point of contact between a business and its customers. They handle various customer inquiries, orders, information requests, advice, returns, and complaints. This role is essential in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage weekly settlement of Company owned and Independent Direct Store Delivery IDP routes. Handle customer service tasks including answering phone calls and emails from IDPs. Conduct indepth audits when necessary to address theft and inaccuracies. Perform data-related tasks for IDP settlements and account management, including collections and payments. Document call details using Service Now, with a daily call volume ranging from 30 to 50 calls. Demonstrate the ability to manage high call volumes efficiently. Additional Responsibilities For the right candidate, there is potential for additional responsibilities and opportunities for growth. Job Requirements Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail oriented with the ability to perform audits and manage data accurately. Experience with account management, collections, or settlements is advantageous. Proficiency in using Service Now or similar customer service software. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls. Willingness to take on more responsibilities and grow within the role. | |
