JOB DESCRIPTION
Associate Degree with HR Admin experience
3 to 5 years experience
Open to remote candidates but need to be available to travel - to Toledo for training and team building
EST or CST time zone candidates preferred

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The HR Associate provides HR & administrative support to the Early Career Program Leader. This position has contact with employees at all levels within the Early Career department as well as the recruiting department. This employee also will interact with potential candidates for co-ops, internships as well as our full-time development program candidates. He/she is also responsible for executing HR administrative tasks with the direction and guidance of the Program Leader to ensure high quality HR services for the organization. This position is a development role with the intention to grow and advance this person.



REPORTS TO: This position reports to the Program Leader

SPAN OF CONTROL: This position has no direct reports.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Living the safety stand and adhering to the safety responsibilities

Adheres to all site and position-specific safety policies, procedures, and standard

Provides administrative support to leaders and team members including but not limited to?
Provides administrative support for all co-op, internship & full-time development program candidates including, but not limited to, coordinating with candidates to schedule interviews, schedule calibrations & maintaining tracking for all candidates.
Managing candidate tracker spreadsheets in Box
Intake campus trip reports for secondary interview scheduling & tracking of diverse interview slates
Develops, prepares, updates, and maintains reports generated through Talent Center
Ensures Employee Central data integrity through accurate and timely processing of job changes, separations, hires and organization change
Maintains appropriate electronic & physical filing systems
Serves as the point of contact for all interview and calibration scheduling
Serves as the point of contact for national recruiting conferences to provide administrative support in setting up both virtual and in person career fairs.
Post development program job reqs, manage offer letters and follow up with appropriate business HR professionals on pre-employment and hiring activities. (would coordinate with the businesses)
Scheduling Steering team, OLP and Intern coordinator connections


Performing HR generalist tasks to achieve service excellence

Partners with Program Leader on organization announcement, works collaboratively with business unit HR Professionals to ensure effective on-boarding for new hires
Quarterly communications
Leads the hiring process to fill entry-level open positions with exceptional talent in a timely manner
Manages the early career retention program
Update participants list monthly


JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

At least 3-5 years of administration/Human Resources, strongly preferred with an interest in Early Career
Bachelor?s Degree in business or related field strongly preferred
Ability to self-manage work remotely

EXPERIENCE

Experience communicating both internally and externally and effectively managing relationships at all levels
Experience with university relations or national conferences preferred
Proven track record of success in collaborating with others and providing administrative support
Strong analytical skills, ability to evaluate and interpret data

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive communications and data
Ability to coordinate multiple activities daily
Strong skills in attention to detail/accuracy/flexibility
Highly organized
High degree of confidentiality and personal integrity
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills
Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of constituencies
High fluency in using MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Knowledge of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors), Kronos preferred
