Seeking to hire Warehouse Workers in Memphis, TN 38118 Benefits and weekly pay 17.50 per hour 6a to 230 Monday to Friday Job Description Receive and unpack returned products. Coordinate disposition of returned items and discrepant products. Perform inventory transactions and issue inventory to appropriate applications. Issue Returned Good Authorizations for supplier rejects. Create shop order packets for production. Box and palletize packaged products for release as sterile, requiring box packaging certification. Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and cleanliness practices. Work within a team environment and follow directions from team coordinator, leader, supervisor, or manager. Responsibilities Read and understand product specifications and blueprints. Verify components for count, quantity, and revision. Generate and affix labels to identify materials properly. Perform manual and clerical distribution duties. Perform tasks focusing on distribution areas including shipping, set assembling, receiving, returns processing, inspection, and inventory management. Perform SAP transactions and barcode scanning. Perform quality checks on assigned activities and products. Interface with customers and employees, demonstrate organization, problem solving, and decision making skills. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Box packaging certification required. Experience Developed skills through formal training or work experience. Works with moderate supervision within established procedures. Key Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate level skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work under pressure and time restraints. Knowledge of SAP. Good Excel skills for daily reports. Effective communication skills. Competencies Ability to foster collaboration and communication across teams. Proficient in English with basic math skills. Energetic with a strong work ethic, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Physical Demands Ability to lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs. Ability to perform duties while standing or sitting for extended periods, depending on the role. | |
