Reliable transportation is required. No Public Transportation available to this work site. Respiratory fit testing is required. Job Overview Performs physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Responsible for cycle counting activities. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Uses judgement requiring location and storage of items, proper packing, methods of movement of materials and release of materials. Ability to work independently as required. May receive general supervision with little instruction on routine work. Uses a variety of mobile equipment such as forklifts, walkie-stackers, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within the plant and warehouse.
