JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Showroom Coordinator for our client in Boca Raton, FL! Pay rate: 18.50 - 19.00 Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm no set time for lunch but would 1/2 hour unpaid. Possible 1-2 Saturday's a month (10 am to 3pm) Taking customer calls, greeting customers High level customer service experience. Able to ask probing questions to understand on where to direct the customer next. Responsibilities: Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom. Answer incoming showroom calls. Effectively communicate appointment policy. Prepare literature packages. Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book and customer job folders. Address ?Thank You? cards for whole house selections. Qualifications: High school degree required. At least 1 year experience in retail or customer service-friendly disposition Computer experience, Outlook, email, excel, teams. Ability to schedule appointments with sales reps. Attire:Jeans (no rips) are allowed but keep it professional (no sneakers). | |
