JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Procurement Specialist for our client in Miami FL! Benefits Available! $35.21/Hour Temp to hire! 3 days remote, 2 days on site. We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) system and assisting our Procurement department with data collection and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist: Manage and expand the Ariba P2P system. Maintain user and vendor information. Assist users with Ariba queries and issues. Ensure smooth transactions within the Ariba system. Procurement Data Specialist: Collect data from our SAP ERP system. Analyze data and create reports in Excel and PowerPoint. Support ad hoc projects and maintain our Spend Analytics tool. Requirements: Experience with Ariba P2P systems and SAP ERP. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPS, IF Statements, Pivot Tables). | |
