JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Procurement Analyst for our client in Horsham Twp, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $38.00/Hour Shift:8:00 am-5:00 pm "Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check." Description: This is a fast-paced, detailed orientated, high volume metric position in which the individual will manage weekly Direct material Purchase orders, Oracle reporting, and other tasks assigned by the manager. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES- Completes MRP analysis/replenishment at bakery level and executes release orders based on current workflows and metrics. Maintains MRP databases and systems with updated information and annotations. Manages direct material transitions at bakery level. Coordinates and/or places release orders for bulk ingredients. Communicates, as necessary, to key stakeholders. Serves as liaison between carriers, bakery personnel, and any other stakeholder(s) at bakery level. Communicates at risk direct materials at the bakery level to upper management. Strive to provide a 24 hour (max) turnaround on email requests and purchase order requests as most issues are very time sensitive-Develop and runs reports/queries as needed. Performs special projects as assigned. Position Requirements: -Minimum of Associates degree or higher in business or related discipline. Inventory management/analysis critical for this position. 1-3 years related experience in logistics/supply chain management.-Comfort level with a very high volume, fast paced operation in a time sensitive environment.-Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.-High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel and Power Point.-Proficiency in Oracle preferred.-Experience with consumer packaged goods helpful. -Limited travel required. 100% working remote from home. | |
