Pay Rate - $40-49.50/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST Job Description Develop and design web applications and web sites. Responsible for directing web site content creation, enhancement, and maintenance. The technical skills include the knowledge of computer hardware and software. Looking for a candidate that will be working with the aftermarket information system teams. This candidate will work with agile team on designing, molding, and managing translation systems. Some of the day will be working tickets while managing the customer facing information system. The manager is looking for someone with PHP experience. Education/Experience: o Bachelor?s degree in computer science or equivalent training required o 8-10 year?s experience required Responsibility level Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor. Skills Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) Strong ability to work independently and manage ones time (Required) Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) Strong knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software (Required) Strong knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in production of drawings and models (Required) Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Adobe, Java, SQL, etc (Required) Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise the design, build or maintenance of web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media. Supervise the writing, design, or editing web page content. Direct web site updates. Review problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and approve the correction of problem. Advise and direct management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions. Direct development or validation of test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces.
