Position: Failure Analysis Specialist Pay: $55 - $67/hr Location: Oakland, CA (Onsite) Overview: As a Failure Analysis Support Specialist, you'll coordinate the analysis of returned devices, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration will drive efficient operations and support Hardware Lab inventory. Experience: ?3+ years in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in FA processes and inventory management. Skills: ?Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. ?Strategic Thinking: Contribute to long-term program success through strategic insights. ?Detail-Oriented: Maintain accuracy in documentation and communication. ?Project Management: Handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion. ?Organizational Agility: Navigate complex issues and changing priorities with ease. ?Technical Proficiency: Utilize Google Suite and Jira for efficient task management. ?Physical Ability: Capable of safely lifting items within specified weight limits. Responsibilities: ?Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound failure analysis (FA) requests, providing updates to stakeholders and escalating issues as needed. ?Intake Management: Follow SOPs for device intake, ensuring readiness for handoff to the next assignee. ?Inventory Oversight: Own end-to-end inventory management for received FA devices and accessories, maintaining an organized storage system. ?Scrap Disposition: Identify and prepare dispositioned units for secure scrap destruction in collaboration with cross-functional teams. ?Process Improvement: Document and improve processes to enhance program efficiency and scalability. ?Hardware Lab Support: Assist with inventory and equipment tasks as needed.
