**Position:** Failure Analysis Engineer **Pay:** $55 - $67/hr **Location: Oakland, CA (Onsite) Overview: As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you'll coordinate the analysis of returned devices, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and cross-functional collaboration will drive efficient operations and support Hardware Lab inventory. Responsibilities: - Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound failure analysis (FA) requests, providing updates to stakeholders and escalating issues as needed. - Intake Management: Follow SOPs for device intake, ensuring readiness for handoff to the next assignee. - **Inventory Oversight:** Own end-to-end inventory management for received FA devices and accessories, maintaining an organized storage system. - **Scrap Disposition:** Identify and prepare dispositioned units for secure scrap destruction in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - **Process Improvement:** Document and improve processes to enhance program efficiency and scalability. - **Hardware Lab Support:** Assist with inventory and equipment tasks as needed. **Skills:** Position: Failure Analysis Engineer Pay: $55 - $67/hr????
