Job Title: Mechanic - Chiller Specialist Location: Glendale, KY Compensation: $46.44 per hour Schedule: 2pm to 12am Mechanic Description: We are seeking to hire a skilled Mechanic specializing in chillers to join our client's team in Glendale, KY. If you have at least 5 years of experience working with chillers in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: ? Install, repair, and maintain various types of chillers, including centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers. ? Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. ? Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller issues, implement effective solutions, and follow blueprints or engineering specifications. ? Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment. ? Conduct performance tests and adjustments to meet specified requirements. ? Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. ? Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely project completion. ? Adhere to safety protocols and company policies. ? Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues professionally. Mechanic Preferred Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Mechanical Journeymen?s License. ? Proven experience as a Chiller Mechanic or in a similar role. ? Strong knowledge of chiller systems, including operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. ? Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. ? Ability to effectively use hand and power tools. ? Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software. ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ? Strong attention to detail. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. ? Alignment with company project safety program. ? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
