Shift Hours: 2:00pm -10:30pm, Monday - Friday schedule.
Pay Rate: $19.88 + .45 shift diff

Requirements:
*Must be clean shaven and comfortable wearing a respirator at work when needed**
*WILL NEED TO WEAR A RESPIRATOR DAILY*
*DRUG TEST IS REQUIRED.

Looking for candidates with machine operator experience;
Experience in running filling equipment, assembling and disassembling machines for cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Material Handling: Moving materials from storage to the workspace using various equipment like pallet jacks, including both manual and motorized options.

Packaging: Packaging final products according to approved Standard Manufacturing Procedures (SMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This includes maintaining accurate logs, both written and electronic, following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Following Procedures: Demonstrating the ability to follow established procedures, particularly adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Operating Equipment: Setting up, operating, and cleaning production equipment such as weighing scales, hand-filling equipment, and various types of filling equipment. This may involve monitoring critical parameters like temperature, humidity, and RPMs.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate production records, including operation and cleaning logs, batch history records, label reconciliation, work order information, and other relevant data.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring the final product meets specified weight tolerances as per relevant standards or specifications.

Problem-Solving: Using independent judgment to plan, perform, make decisions, troubleshoot, and problem-solve in various areas of setup, operations, and processes.

Record Maintenance: Maintaining neat, accurate, and complete records and logs, and utilizing calibration equipment and machine operations as necessary.

Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety policies and procedures established by the organization.

Overtime and Flexibility: Being available to work overtime as required to meet business requirements.

Additional Duties: Performing any other duties as required by DCM operations.


Minimum Qualification
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing, packaging and/or warehouse environment.
Must be capable of performing heavy lifting/handling during a 10 hr. shift; 1-5 lb.- 70% ; 5-25 lbs. -30%
Must be able to stand, walk and climb stairs 50% to 95% of the workday.
Must be capable of passing the physical examination for forklift operations and respirator fit test.

Additional notes:
Dusty environment requiring routine use of N95 respirators.
Routine use of Safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, respirators and hearing protection may be required. Must be used if required.
Respirators and PAPR are required at times for specified products.
Repetitively heavy lifting/handling during a 8 hour shift; 1-5 lb.- 70% ; 5-35 Lbs ???30%
