Pay Rate: $26.33 per hour Shift: 3rd shift, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Advanced Production Operator Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Packing Operator to join our client's team. Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging machinery. ? Follow production specifications, schedules, and quality standards to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes. ? Handle raw materials and finished goods, including moving, packing, and sorting according to established procedures. ? Monitor the quality of output, identify faulty products, and take appropriate action to maintain product integrity. ? Maintain accurate records of daily production activities for performance analysis and reporting purposes. ? Conduct routine inspections of equipment and materials to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. ? Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues or challenges that arise. Requirements ? High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required. ? Previous experience in manufacturing or production environment. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ? Flexibility to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM) and occasional overtime as needed. ? Must wear steel-toed shoes during work hours. ? Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
