Seeking to hire warehouse associates for my client in Memphis, TN 38133. Benefits and weekly pay available 23.00 per hour 8a to 5p Monday to Friday Job Duties Prepare orders by processing requests, placing orders in set build area for assembly. Process paperwork and confirm for all material as required. Perform and assist in performing physical inventories as required. Communicate effectively with management of any inventory or equipment issues. special projects designed to improve the distribution processes. Other duties as assigned by operations management. Operational Competencies Ability to interact professionally at multiple levels. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Flexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities and unforeseen events excellent time management skills. Able to handle high pressure situations and constructively resolve potential conflicts Education and Training Certification Required High School diploma or equivalent. 1 years within a logistics environment Associates degree. 1 year within a logistics environment Experienced in SAP Related Work Experience Strong planning and organizational skill. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Overtime may be required at times. | |
