Weekly Pay! $44.11/Hour Description: Position Overview: To ensure the GDI and RTE site operations are meeting KORE requirement and local regulations regarding work safety and environmental. Responsible to design and managing the EOSH systems to ensure safety and environmental conditions for our associates and assets. The Coca-Cola?s NAOU Global Development & Innovation Team is actively recruiting for a EHS Manager position. The chosen candidate will support the definition and implementation of our Safety and Environmental strategy and track progress. Function Specific Activities Support NA GDI and RTE in the creation of a TCCC Safety and Environmental Strategy Lead the creation and implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety programs for NA GDI and RTE labs and facilities. Drive a safety & Environmental culture in NA GDI and RTE teams. Manage the safety risks and hazards program across NA GDI facilities and implement mitigation plans. Serve as system champion for KOSMOS; monitoring data for KPI reporting, validate safety-related data submitted. Manage training program for Safety and Environmental requirements, including thorough job-specific safety inductions for new associates. Manage internal audit and corrective action program including audit records with evidence of compliance. Connect with operational stakeholders such as Work Place, CBRE and Security to work in a coordinated way. Be an active key member of the emergency brigades and maintain the emergency response procedures updated, incorporating the latest learnings from drills and other sources of information. Conduct data analytics on safety performance and recommend enhancements. Perform trend analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for early intervention. Develop communications on safe work practices and incidents. Develop relationships with safety leadership and team members to identify and share best practices across the organization. Support company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity Language Requirements English language skills required. Education: Graduated from, a Bachelor?s or MS program. Ideally industrial or safety or environmental engineering degree. Knowledge in environmental and safety aspects and regulations is mandatory. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. High level of influence and lead multifunctional teams. Ability to perform in a challenging, dynamic and changing environment. Service minded, team player, high level of commitment. Passionate with an aptitude to quickly learn. | |
