JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Laser Operator for our client in Mayville, WI! Pay rate: 20.59 2ND Shift: MONDAY-THURSDAY 2:30PM ? 1AM with mandatory OT that can extend the M-F work hours up to 10 hours and also requires every other Saturday as needed to meet production needs. New Hire Incentive Bonus: $1000 in 3 payments ($200 @ 3 mo.?s - $400 @ 6 mo.?s - $400 @ 12 mo.?s) *can?t have any disciplines in that quarter Granted the Employee has no writeup in the quarter they would get the following payments: $200 after 3 months $400 after 6 months $400 after 12 months JOB SUMMARY: Perform production work on the laser loading and unloading parts and basic inspection to insure the quality of the parts. Will have the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to advance to Laser Operator #2 classification. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the quality of the parts produced. Follow all rules regarding machine operation and machine guarding. Responsible for laser scale/burr removal on low quantity parts. Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality and safety. QUALIFICATIONS: MUST PASS BLUEPRINT TEST Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing and bending, as well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 30 lbs. frequently. Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports. Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines and inspect parts. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate the equipment properly. | |
