Machine Operator The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in operation of HAAS and Fanuc controls. Our work is based around a high setup environment so the ability to understand setups is a must. Our ideal candidate relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks. Minimum Requirements ? Able to measure parts using micrometers and calipers ? Ability to read a blueprint ? Best Candidate/Plus:2-3 years of CNC experience ? Performed quality checks using a micrometers and caliper ? Has some knowledge of tool changes or set-ups Responsibilities ? Assist with setup and operation of CNC machines and secondary machines ? Assemble machined components ? Inspect, deburr and wash machined parts ? Packing of machined parts and materials ? Perform tool changes ? Performing offsets Additional Requirements ? Must be a US Citizen ? Good written and oral communication ? Must be able to lift 50 lbs with varying frequency. ? Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. ? Other job duties as required Experience: ? 3 years of machine operator and set-up experience ? Experience with using measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and dials required.
