Health, Dental, 401k Get paid every Friday! $35.22/Hour Description: Analyzes, understands and translates business needs into technical configurations/detailed requirements/users stories that will be used by developer and testers. Leads requirements development through all stages (i.e. from of meetings with product teams and end users to story mapping and vision alignment meetings thigh level feature writing down to final story writing Perform detailed systems requirements analysis and documentation. Documents system requirements in user story format. Serves as the primary point of contact between the product team and the dev team. Communicates back to business clients about technical feasibility of requests and project plans and any modifications necessary, coordinating with project team to agree on course of action. Creates system workflow and application documentation as needed. Develops strong business relationships with assigned business and with other related departments and vendors to ensure successful systems and applications implementations. Assists with prod support and technical trouble shooting as needed What you will need to succeed: General business knowledge required, including specific knowledge of business/products supported preferred. Experience working in an agile dev teams and using agile tool sets (Rally, Jira or similar) Excellent problem solving skills required. Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills required. Project management skills required. Ability to work independently and in teams. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences. A commitment to product quality and customer experience. | |
