Expert in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills, background as data analyst & in-depth knowledge of assembling data to tell a story Excellent communication skills ? ability to communicate to all levels within the organization & properly tailor message accordingly Prefer some background in HR, ideally having familiarity with jobs & positions structure Experience working in a remote setting Healthcare experience ideal The HR Consulting Business Analyst will support the development, implementation and ongoing operational support of job architecture standardization across the enterprise. This position will serve as an expert in assembling and analyzing data from multiple sources and leveraging this data to tell a story. This position will collaborate with clinical partners, IT and HR to develop and support solutions to drive the project forward. This position will interact with all levels within the organization and must be adept at tailoring communication appropriately. Advanced Excel skills including functions and pivot tables are essential. Knowledge of HRIS systems and data highly preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to project deadlines a must. Familiarity with healthcare terminology preferred. | |
