Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for leading the initiation, planning, tracking, execution, and delivery of major strategic initiative around Supply Chain data and analytics with defined deliverables following a standard work process. This role is responsible for end-to-end execution of the program through leadership of enterprise cross-functional teams towards the achievement of defined business objectives. Main stakeholders include IT Data and Analytics team, IT Supply Chain Digital Partners, Supply Chain PMO, IT PMO, IT Enterprise Architects, Supply Chain reporting SME?s, and external vendors.

Primary Responsibilities:
(15%) Develop multifunctional project/program charters, including scope, out of scope, interdependencies, benefits, approach, high level risks and key assumptions ensuring key stakeholder alignment.
(35%) Develop project/program governance, identify and obtain resources needed (people, money/budget, time), Assemble and lead a cross and timelines, adapt strategic goals in executable steps, identify and sequence activities needed successfully implement the programs. Develop communication plan with escalation triggers key stakeholders.

Create roadmaps for loading prioritized data in the lake, decommissioning legacy reports, and other key milestones like master data, hierarchies, and key KPIs.

Directly manage the tasks of the IT digital partner and business teams, and collaborate with the scrum master over the technical implementation tasks.


(40%) Integrate program efforts, continuously assess and refine approaches and plans to deliver objectives, address conflicting and changing priorities (looking at end tend business); serve as the implementation arm of the program sponsor and/or steering committee. Manage risk mitigation and escalation. Experience with change management process. In specific changes of operating model and experience on establishing reporting power users on the business teams.
(10%) Responsible for project/program closure, develop lessons learned, develop template/tools for future implementation of similar project/programs and confirming benefits have or will be met. Manage project financials when applicable to ensure objectives are achieved. Ensure all program information is appropriately documented and managed.

Other Responsibilities:
Ability to manage complex relationships across the organization.
Ability to create direction by positively influencing without authority to achieve results that are aligned with the business strategy.
Effectively utilizes project management tools to initiate, plan, execute, control and close projects and programs.
Proficient in stakeholder management and communications across the enterprise while managing risk and complexity to deliver the scope, timeline and budget.
Ability to drive decision making while working issues to resolution or escalating as appropriate.
Ability to execute with excellence by setting priorities, managing against a timeline and objectives, communicating effectively, and verifying standard compliance.
Ability to understand intersections and impact of program on other programs, end tend supply chain and overall company.

Minimum requirements:
Education: bachelor's degree. IT Background.
Min of 10 years in IT D&A space cross-functional roles, IT customer facing roles, project management, business case understanding and delivering to value the business.

Knowledge of supply chain processes is preferred.

Experience with reporting technologies like Data Bricks and Power BI is a must.

General knowledge of supply chain best practices
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects.

IT ways of working and IT processes, including Product Owner and Data Owner roles, and help leverage those roles to drive success.
5+ years preferred in the supply chain space (Commercialization, Engineering, Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, Procurement, other)
Proficiency in communication and influencing skills. Experience and ability to influence Sr Leadership.
Possess business and financial acumen.
Experience managing projects with Capital investments.
Experience with food manufacturing systems and processes, with an understanding of planning and logistics, engineering, quality assurance, and food safety.
Experience leading multi-functional teams.
Experience with risk management tools and contingency planning.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Technical mastery in project management (Agile and waterfall methodologies), PMP preferred, Change management experience
Successful leadership of enterprise-wide transformational initiatives:
Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute large scale efforts and competing interests
Deals well in ambiguous situations or in environments when not all facts are available
Works to simplify and optimize processes to ensure quality execution
Has the capacity to innovate and adapt, balance structure & flexibility, driving execution while anticipating change
Excellent stakeholder and change management
Significant cross-functional partnerships to lead teams within Supply Chain including Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commercialization, Quality, Engineering, Logistics and Customer Supply Chain.
