Responsibilities: Conduct repairs, adjustments, and routine maintenance tasks for company facilities. Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs on fixtures and equipment. Conduct periodic inspections to assess maintenance needs. Ensure all necessary equipment for maintenance work is properly maintained. Emphasis is on performing a variety of maintenance tasks rather than specializing in one trade. Additional Details: Tasks are typically routine and follow established procedures.
