Pay Rate - $22.50/hr Hybrid position - 3 days at home, 2 days in office Job Description * Conducts unapplied cash research by validating customer payment history * Communicates effectively with customers (via email and phone) to achieve resolution of unapplied cash within service level agreement (SLA) * Participation in discovery; and drive of the implementation, of solutions to limit or prevent future creation of unapplied cash memos * Build and maintain relationships with both external customers and internal teams * Execute special projects as assigned by leadership Required Competencies: * Action Oriented- Take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm * Collaborative- Build effective and sustainable partnerships with others to meet shared objectives * Customer Service focused- Build and nurture strong relationships to deliver customer-centric solutions * Nimble Learning- Adapt to varying mediums and actively experiment to utilize successes and failures as tools; to improve the competency in the role * Proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of utilizing multiple systems to complete due diligence * Analytical mindset/ Detail oriented * Effective in Communication- Develop and deliver multileveled communications, that convey a clear understanding of varying and unique needs of different audiences | |
