Part-time 20-25 Hours a week Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr Responsibilities: Carrying out general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning windows Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of them in designated areas. Maintaining cleaning equipment in full working order and carrying out repairs when necessary. Assist with cleaning when apartments turnover. Experience/Skills needed: Minimum 1-2 years prior cleaning experience Outside grounds or janitorial, cleaning experience Excellent attendance; reliable, dependable Ability to multi-task Excellent communication Great customer service skills Minimum High School diploma/GED equivalent.
