Job Title: Inside Sales Support Location: REMOTE or on-site Pay Range: $40 - $50/hr Working Hours: Generally, 9-5 M-F, but can be flexible if the contractor wanted to start earlier or later 40hrs / week. Job Description The specialist must be able to prepare and review documents for accuracy and reconcile discrepancies in addition to assisting with technical support and UAT testing. The specialist will also provide support as needed by performing tasks in monitoring, tracking and processing customer inquiries and invoices towards achieving energy savings. Responsibilities: Invoicing Reviewing submitted invoice support documents for accuracy. Processing program invoices for Clean Heat incentive, , Weatherization incentives, and overall program implementation, with a goal of completing all invoice processing within 15 days of receiving the invoice. Manage customer eligibility checks. Build and maintain strong communication with various teams to ensure timely processing of invoices, Maintaining, updating and reporting on the invoice tracker Tracking and Processing Invoices in DMTS for Payment Submitting tickets in DMTS as needed to resolve bugs and process invoices Technical Support UAT testing as needed for Weatherization or new Clean Heat features in DMTS Backend DMTS uploading and submitting DMTS ticketing. Supporting with implementation contractor and DMTS integration Customer Service Responding and tracking customers' inquiries submitted via email, interest form or by other means. Reporting on trends, common questions, etc. encountered through customer interactions, and recommending updates to website and print collateral to better address customer concerns. Adding customer complaints to the escalation tracker for resolution. Meeting Attendance Weekly DMTS calls. Weekly ICF calls (present on invoice updates) Weekly Resi priority calls.
