We are seeking a skilled Globalization Technical Project Manager to join our team for a
temporary project at Block, Inc. As part of the Globalization department, you will play a vital role
in:
? Managing and enhancing localization processes to support Square's international growth.
? Collaborating with professionals across various teams and utilizing technical expertise to
ensure the effectiveness of our globalization tools.
Duties:
? Manage Phrase TMS and Orchestrator to:
? Enhance localization processes.
? Handle user management, system configurations, and troubleshooting.
? Serve as the administrator, product manager, project manager, and user-acceptance tester
for our proprietary TMS.
? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to:
? Integrate third-party tools with existing localization tools.
? Increase process efficiency.
? Utilize JIRA and other project management tools to:
? Define project requirements, workflows, plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
? Implement and oversee these aspects.
? Develop and maintain system and user documentation for clarity and accessibility.
? Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to:
? Promote localization best practices.
? Advocate for technical improvements.
Skills:
? 2 years of experience in administering translation management systems, with a preference
for Phrase TMS.
? 2 years of experience in automating end-to-end continuous localization processes.
? Technical project management experience, collaborating with engineers to develop or
maintain software.
? Skilled in user requirements extraction and prioritization.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Proven ability to deliver technical programs from inception to completion.
? Proficient in writing technical documentation.
? Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
? Multilingual capabilities beyond English are desirable.

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or equivalent work
experience.
? Ability to work remotely.

Education:
2-yr community college or 2+ years technical experience
