Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Pocatello, ID Steel Toed Shoes Required High School Diploma or GED Preferred In-Person Interviews Temporary Position Only Job Description: Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Material Handler! This temporary position offers a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, with an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in the loading, unloading, and delivery of materials within or near the work-site using forklifts or other equipment. Responsibilities: ? Load, unload, and deliver materials using forklifts or other designated equipment. ? Wrap and weigh materials or containers, recording information on forms. ? Fill orders, package goods, load trucks, move stock within a warehouse, or transport materials to and from production areas. ? Interpret and follow written pick slips, including quantities, lot numbers, and labels. ? Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse, including sweeping floors and cleaning up spills, broken bags, or product messes. ? Organize materials and ensure the overall tidiness of the warehouse. Skills and Qualifications: ? Excellent punctuality and reliability. ? Solid communication and interpersonal skills. ? Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions. ? Ability to pass a forklift training test. ? Physical ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. ? Basic math skills. ? Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines. Education: ? High school diploma or equivalent.
