To thrive in this role, you'll need: No prior manufacturing experience necessary; we'll provide comprehensive training. A passion for learning is essential. Ability to meet physical demands of the production floor, including prolonged standing, occasional lifting up to 50lbs, and flexibility in tasks such as climbing, kneeling, or bending.
