Our client is seeking a proficient Project Manager to spearhead Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, with a primary focus on integrating the HR aspects of newly acquired companies into our client's policies and systems. This pivotal role requires expertise in Smartsheet and Workday applications, as these are non-negotiable requirements. The position offers remote work flexibility within CST hours.

Responsibilities:

Lead M&A integration projects, particularly in HR domains, ensuring seamless assimilation into client frameworks.
Develop comprehensive integration plans for acquired entities.
Utilize Smartsheet and Workday proficiency to streamline processes and facilitate efficient transitions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR needs and strategize tactical project deliverables.
Design transformational strategies, prioritize projects, and monitor progress using project management tools.
Foster strong relationships across HR functions, business lines, and M&A teams to drive value-added programs.
Leverage expertise in Workday HCM technology to ensure successful integrations.
Analyze HR and business data to inform project decisions and recommendations.
Provide guidance to project teams, serving as a technical coordinator and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Implement and refine project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and execution.
Qualifications:

Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
10+ years of demonstrated experience in project management methodologies.
Extensive background in HR, including HR Business Partner experience.
Proficiency in Smartsheet and Workday applications is mandatory.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR/GPHR certification preferred.
