JobsRUS.com is seeking to hire a Production Operator / Factory Worker for 12 and 8 hours shifts, in Kirksville, MO. 12 HR shifts Available: 4am to 4pm & 4pm to 4am (4 days on / 4 days off) 8 HR shifts Available: 5 days a week **Shifts vary week to week** **12 HR Shifts / 4 on 4 off ** **Pay starts at $18.65/Hour!** **Weekly Pay Schedule!** **You can interview and start all in the same week!!** The General Labor / Factory Worker will perform various assigned duties in production, basic maintenance, and sanitation. Positions vary depending on departmental needs. Production Operator / Factory Worker KEY COMPONENTS: Work with and under the direct supervision of a Team Leader Work in a cold environment (32-48 degrees) Must be willing to work with other people in a team concept Perform production-related functions as assigned Perform basic maintenance as assigned Learn standard cleaning methods and assist with scheduled plant clean-ups Abide by all Plant policies, Safety Regulations, and Industrial Hygiene Regulations as a condition of Employment Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the team leader Maintains compliance with Kraft Heinz-Kirksville safety policies and procedures This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville, MO QRMP accountability department QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED Preferred Previous manufacturing experience and basic computer skills preferred Positions involve lifting, bending, and stooping Must be at least 18 years of age Must be willing to work any shift Able to lift up to 50 pounds JobsRUS.com Cares: Pay Options: Direct Deposit, Paper Checks or pay cards; paid weekly Health/Dental/Vision Insurance options compliant with the ACA 401k Online Employee Portal to adjust withholdings and view and print pay stubs Interview Coaching and Resume Assistance We look forward to working with you! | |
