Job Title: Web Development Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote) Pay: $45/hr Schedule: Work independently and check in with clients on an as-needed basis. May need to be on call. Summary: Are you passionate about creating engaging websites that drive results? We're seeking a talented Web Development Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in rebuilding our client's website. You'll lead the entire web development process, from user experience (UX) design to development and launch. Responsibilities: -Lead the website redesign: -Analyze website performance and user engagement metrics to inform decisions. -Collaborate with stakeholders to understand website goals and user needs. -Develop a user-centric website architecture focused on enhanced UX. -Develop and implement the website using best practices in web development. -Foster user interaction: -Design and develop membership functionalities (e.g., login, profiles). -Build a dynamic engagement platform (e.g., message board) to facilitate communication and community building. -Stay informed and share knowledge: -Continuously research and stay updated on the latest web development trends and best practices. -Provide consultative recommendations and insights to stakeholders on website improvements. -Communicate project progress and updates clearly and concisely. Bonus Skills: -Enhance website content and branding through copywriting and graphic design. -Implement SEO techniques and utilize Google Analytics for performance tracking. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. -3+ years of experience in web development. -Familiarity with various content management systems (CMS) and web development frameworks. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
