We currently are hiring for an Staffing Recruiter in Potsdam, NY. * Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm * Pay Rate: $17+/hr depending on experience * Benefits - vacation time, medical, dental, 401k, short and long term disability and vision. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment and on-boarding process of all new employees. ? Greeting and welcoming candidates, clients and associates either in-person or over the phone. ? Customer Service to external and internal customers ? Processing, reviewing and finalizing new hire paperwork during pre-employment activities/on-boarding or assignment changes ? Assist candidates with the completion of CorTech New Hire paperwork on the computers ? Basic interviewing of candidates ? Enter, review and complete i9 and EVerify for all new hire or rehire associates ? Review and audit all new hire files to insure accuracy and completeness in a timely manner and satisfies deployment, compliance and payroll timelines ? Assist with keeping all orders and associate files and information current and accurate in PowerRecruiter and other CorTech systems ? Calling candidates that applied ? Assist with payroll ? Schedule of interviews and orientation ? Assist with conducting orientation for new hires ? Represent CorTech at events in the market and other business functions as requested ?
