As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for corn seed bagging and palletizing, as well as soybean seed treating, bagging, and palletizing. The ideal candidate must be able to follow directions, perform repetitive production activities, and interpret and follow written production orders with precision, including quantities, lot numbers, and labels. Responsibilities: ? Perform corn seed bagging and palletizing tasks. ? Execute soybean seed treating, bagging, and palletizing duties. ? Follow written production orders accurately. ? Achieve proficiency in tasks in a short time on the job. ? Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance. ? Demonstrate solid communication and interpersonal skills. ? Be flexible and adaptable to changing production needs. ? Pay strong attention to detail in all aspects of the job. ? Follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos. ? Effectively communicate in one-on-one and group situations. ? Pass the forklift training test. ? Lift and move bags of seed weighing up to 50 pounds. ? Apply basic math skills in daily tasks. ? Work on feet for prolonged periods in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent. ? Steel-toed shoes are mandatory. ? Ability to comply with safety guidelines. ? Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc. Skills: ? Excellent punctuality and attendance. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? Flexibility and adaptability. ? Attention to detail. ? Ability to follow oral and written instructions. ? Proficiency in basic math. ? Capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education: ? High school diploma or equivalent.
