Position Summary: Supervise and manage associates according to company and customer policies at the customer site. Address policy and/or performance violations after investigation and take appropriate action through coaching and counseling or termination based on investigation. Work closely with customer on day-to-day needs, address concerns and build customer relationship. Contribute to and rollout of company policies. On-site safety inspections and safety investigations. Based on worksite and customer set up, may recruit, interview, hire and on-board staffing associates at the customer site. Otherwise, work in coordination with supporting Branch location to meet staffing needs for on-site customer. Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High level of discretion and independent judgment Ability to work independently or with peers with little to no supervision Ability to address issues as they come up Critical thinking and ability to defuse volatile situations with customer and/or associates Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities under pressure Strong customer orientation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High performance Strong Team Player Shift: Monday-Friday 4:00am when necessary otherwise 6:00am - 2:30pm | |
