Shift: 40 hours a week. Tuesday through Thursday in the office on site.

Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Consultant with exceptional attention to detail, computer acumen, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud software, Microsoft 365 suite, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. Desired skills include proficiency in Excel, process improvement experience (Lean Six Sigma), and familiarity with accounting/finance/bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service for various products/services, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support, order entry, troubleshooting, and maintaining relationships.
Adhere to quality management and compliance standards.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, technical record-keeping abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively.
Organized, able to multitask, and work independently or collaboratively.
Physical Requirements:

Extensive sitting, computer use, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Adequate vision, hearing, and fluency in English.
Willingness to adhere to safety protocols in a laboratory environment.
Work Environment:

Office-based role with potential exposure to biohazards and hazardous chemicals.
Additional Information:

Flexible schedule with office hours on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
