Who we are looking for:
Our Recruiting Operations Coordinator (ROC) works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting environment. The ROC is an integral partner in supporting recruiting activities such as scheduling, coordinating the interviews, and on-boarding as well as collaborating cross-functionally to build candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of client
This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external applicants and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment?s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. What you will do:
Provide administrative support in our end-to-end recruitment process from requisition creation through on-boarding
Schedule and track candidates throughout the hiring process in our applicant tracking system
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Ensure that customers' questions are fully addressed and escalates complex/difficult questions to the supervisor or other Talent Acquisition staff when appropriate
Follows through to ensure that each request is fully resolved within the Service Level Agreement and in line with the Talent Acquisition process or policy
Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to the recruitment process

What you bring to the table:
Bachelor?s degree preferred, Associate?s degree required
2 years of relevant experience
Ability to navigate different systems and tools to address questions and concerns
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional customer service and data entry skills
Working knowledge of Workday or other similar HRIS/HCM systems
Understanding of HR, Talent Acquisition processes and Service-based technologies (employee portal, case management, etc.).
Ability to multitask and to manage a diverse and fluctuating workload
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Ability to anticipate and solve problems in an agile manner individually, or as part of a team
Action and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
