Seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for our client in Hanover, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! 19.25 per Hour Hybrid Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and customers, addressing inquiries, orders, information requests, advice-seeking, returns, and complaints. Conduct customer service tasks, including answering phone calls and emails from Independent DSD Partners. Perform weekly settlements for all Companyowned and IDP routes, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Conduct in depth audits as needed to prevent theft and rectify inaccuracies in settlement processes. Manage data tasks related to IDP settlements, ensuring effective account management of collections and payments. Document call details into Service Now, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Handle a daily call volume ranging from 30 to 50 calls, demonstrating the ability to efficiently manage high call traffic. Collaborate with IDPs to address their needs and provide necessary support. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in customer service operations. Qualifications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle a high call volume with proficiency and accuracy. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Prior experience in customer service, account management, or related roles preferred. Familiarity with settlement processes and audits is an asset. Proficiency in using Service Now or similar CRM tools. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities for the right candidate. | |
