Weekly Pay! $85.71/Hour Join our client's team for an exciting 6-9 month project as an HR Project Manager specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management and human resources to lead the integration of newly acquired companies into our organization's policies and systems. Responsibilities: Develop and execute integration plans for acquired companies, focusing on HR aspects such as policies, systems, and cultural alignment. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to ensure timely and efficient implementation of integration plans. Collaborate with HR business partners and cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and address key business challenges. Analyze HR and business data to inform decision-making and provide strategic recommendations. Serve as a technical coordinator and provide support and guidance to project teams throughout the integration process. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive successful integration outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 10+ years of demonstrated experience in project management methodologies, with a focus on HR M&A projects. HR business partner experience or strong background in multiple HR disciplines. Proficiency in Smartsheets and Workday is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, meeting challenging deadlines. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR/GPHR certification preferred. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments. Creative thinker with proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to lead confidently and effectively when needed. Additional Information: This is a remote position, and candidates must be available to work CST hours. Travel required: 3%. | |
