Our ideal Junior Recruiter holds an HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter Sr are to ensure that onboarding is completed, payroll is updated, and all candidates are fully compliant to start working. Responsibilities Receive calls pertaining to job openings, client necessities, and HR related issues. Organize interviews with potential candidates for Recruiter to screen. Assist in the processing of weekly payroll. Participate in onboardings for new hires. Maintain an organized work environment. Screen candidate's resume and job applications. Skills Must be proficient using Microsoft platforms including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Previous work experience in staffing/recruiting and/or human resources is highly preferred Ability to effectively communicate with others Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision Must be detail-oriented | |
