We're looking to hire motivated, committed, and hard-working General Laborers for our client in Massillon, OH. This is a 2-3 week project. If you're ready to kick start your career by joining our team for a 2-3 week project and making an impression on the third-largest food and beverage company in North America, this is the right job for you! Work Schedule: MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK AS NEEDED. ? 1st Shift: Monday-Friday start between 6:00 am & 8:30 am, end at 4:30 pm. OT mandatory (based on client needs) $ 21/hr. ? 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday start between 1:00 pm & 3:30 pm, end at 12:00 am. OT Mandatory (based on client needs) $ 22/hr. Responsibilities & Duties: ? Reposition cases on pallets and apply stickers ? Performing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP?s) at all times. ? Operators could be used on any production line or shift for business needs. ? Responsible for following Food safety requirements such as Good Manufacturing Practices and other daily/job specific duties to support the Quality Risk Management Practices. Follow all factory and company policies ? Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader. Qualifications: ? Perform basic mathematical skills. ? Read, write and comprehend written instructions ? Effective communication skills ? Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders and steps. ? Frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. ? Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. ? Regularly work at heights greater than five feet. ? Close vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. ? The noise level in the work environment is usually high and ear protection is required. ? Ability to work in all areas of the facility including hot and cold areas and be exposed to wet and humid conditions. ? May work near moving mechanical parts, high and/or confining places. ? Must be able to work flexible hours; overtime and weekends as necessary. | |
