Weekly Pay! $27.58/Hour Shift:7:00PM-7:00AM Required Licensure: Current CNA License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) Required Certifications: BLS or CPR from AHA only Required Experience: 1 year in an acute care facility Must be willing to float when needed MUST BE FLU VACCINATED TO BE SUBMITTED - NO EXCEPTIONS General Comments Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patient?s highest level of wellness. Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals. Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to providing care to the patient. Call Requirements- None Float Requirements- will float on a rotational basis Patient Ratios: varies. Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees) Equipment- Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment EMR-EPIC Must Have Skills/Experience- BLS Number of beds: 32 Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac/Med Surg Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible | |
