We are seeking an efficient and organized Administrative Coordinator to support our client's Operations department. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by handling administrative tasks such as invoice and incentive tracking, office supply management, and event coordination for our diverse workforce. This position requires someone who can work independently while also being a valuable team player.

Key Responsibilities:

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:

Coordinating administrative tasks to support the Director of Operations.
Tracking invoices and incentives accurately.
Managing office supplies and ensuring adequate stock levels.
Stocking breakrooms and managing inventory efficiently.
Organizing events for over 300 employees across three shifts.
Assisting with special projects and departmental events.
Utilizing software such as Concur, Excel, and Microsoft Suite proficiently.
Maintaining employee vacation schedules and processing expense reports.
Providing administrative support to the on-premise sales team.
Collaborating with team members and working independently as needed.
Adapting to a warehouse office setting and occasionally lifting/carrying up to 50lbs.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite.
Experience using Concur and the ability to hit the ground running.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience working in an office setting within a warehouse environment is a plus.
Familiarity with union employee requirements preferred.
Recent graduates or individuals with some college education are encouraged to apply.
Accounting experience or HR coordination experience is advantageous.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
High potential for temp-to-hire conversion based on performance.
