Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for leading the initiation, planning, tracking, execution, and delivery of major strategic multifunctional initiatives and complex mulit faceted projects/programs with defined deliverables following a standard work process. This role is responsible for end to end execution of projects/programs through leadership of enterprise cross-functional teams towards the achievement of defined business objectives. These cross-functional team may include different roles within supply chain as well as partnering functions as R and D, Marketing, IT, HR and other.

Primary Responsibilities
Develop multifunctional project program charters, including scope, out of scope, interdependencies, benefits, approach, high level risks and key assumptions ensuring key stakeholder alignment.
Develop project program governance, identify and obtain resources needed people, money budget, time, Assemble and lead a cross functional team, with clear objectives for each team member. Create detailed work plans and timelines, adapt strategic goals intexecutable steps, identify and sequence activities needed tsuccessfully implement the programs. Develop communication plan with escalation triggers tkey stakeholders.
Integrate program efforts, continuously assess and refine approaches and plans tdeliver objectives, address conflicting and changing priorities serve as the implementation arm of the program sponsor and/or steering committee. Manage risk mitigation and escalation.
Responsible for project/program closure, develop lessons learned, develop template/tools for future implementation of similar project/programs and confirming benefits have or will be met. Manage project financials when applicable tensure objectives are achieved. Ensure all program information is appropriately documented and managed.

Ability texecute with excellence by setting priorities, managing against a timeline and objectives, communicating effectively, and verifying standard compliance.
Ability tunderstand intersections and impact of program on other programs, end tend supply chain and overall company.

Minimum requirements
Education bachelor's degree
Min of 15 years in senior Supply Chain cross functional roles, including planning, manufacturing, engineering, commercialization, and project management,
General knowledge of supply chain best practices, including:
Planning, forecasting and replenishment
Commercialization and stage gate
Manufacturing and lean process improvement
Engineering and capital project execution
Strategic planning and network optimization
Gross margin, total delivered cost, and cash optimization
5years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
5 years preferred in the supply chain space
Proficiency in communication and influencing skills. Experience and ability tinfluence Sr Leadership.
Possess business and financial acumen.
Experience managing projects with Capital investments.
Experience with food manufacturing systems and processes, with an understanding of planning and logistics, engineering, quality assurance, and food safety.
Experience leading multi-functional teams.
Experience with risk management tools and contingency planning.

Preferred Qualifications
Certifications Technical mastery in project management, PMP and MBA preferred.
Successful leadership of enterprise-wide transformational initiatives

Ability torganize, prioritize, and execute large scale efforts and competing interests
Deals well in ambiguous situations or in environments when not all facts are available
Works tsimplify and optimize processes tensure quality execution
Has the capacity tinnovate and adapt, balance structure & flexibility, driving execution while anticipating change
Excellent stakeholder and change management
Significant cross-functional partnerships tlead teams including Marketing, Sales, R and D, and within Supply Chain including Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Commercialization, Quality, Engineering, Logistics and Customer Supply Chain
