Description:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

This position is for a role on the Performance Excellence Team supporting multiple global IT projects. Projects include data migration/testing/training/rollout, process documentation and implementation of a global document management platform. Exceptional English verbal & writing skills required.

Role Description

Prepare agenda and lead status meetings with key team members - manage new requests and escalations
Provide weekly updates on work completed that week / work planned the following week / challenges or roadblocks; status reports (tracking completed work)
Set up and manage JIRA boards and dashboards for transparent status and task tracking (training provided)
Proactively reach out to stakeholders to confirm tasks, schedules meetings, conduct stand-ups
Ensure project documentation, status, decisions and outcomes are tracked and published
Coordinate tasks performed by cross-functional team

Requirements:

3+ years? experience with project coordination duties ranging from administration duties (maintenance of project documentation, plans, reports, agendas and presentation materials) to coordinating project work (assigning tasks, controlling schedule) in a corporate environment
Strong documentation and note-taking skills
Excellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Associate degree or Bachelor's degree required

Optional:

Experience with SharePoint would be a plus
Finance or accounting background would be a plus
Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma Concepts
Experience with JIRA (or willing to learn) would be a plus
