Strong organizational, analytical, communication and leadership skills Strong experience with leadership, business insight, problem solving, and critical thinking Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel Ensures successful integration of ERP solution into an organization Understand business needs Optimize business processes and enhance overall efficiencies Requirements gathering Works with stakeholders, users, managers, executives Conduct interviews, workshops Business process analysis Analyze processes to align with functionalities provided by the EPR system Analyze software/hardware solutions to align with business requirements and Global design Identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement Gap Analysis Compare enterprise requirements with ERP capabilities Determine mitigation strategy for gaps (customization, workaround, process change, ect?) Documentation Creates detailed documentation Requirements Flow charts Use cases User stories Solution Design Collaborates with technical team and functional experts to design the ERP solution Translate business requirements into system configurations, workflows and data structures Ensures enterprise alignment with system solutions Testing and Validation Develop test plans, test cases to validate Leads tests with users for acceptance Identify and mitigate issues Change Management Facilitates communication, addresses users concerns Provides training and support Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption and transition to a new system Ongoing Enterprise support and consultation Continued support with troubleshooting, analysis and training | |
